Magnesium Benefits Greater Than Imagined

New research published in the journal BMC Bioinformatics as reported by GreenMedInfo, states that researchers have now detected 3,751 magnesium binding sites on human proteins, indicating that magnesium’s role in human health and disease may have been vastly underestimated.
